Psych/IT/Engineering Workshop: School of Psychological Sciences

The School of Psychological Sciences is hosting a workshop, “Psych/IT/Engineering” in conjunction with colleagues from the Faculty of IT (Clayton) and Department of Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering.

The aim of the workshop is to bring together researchers with a shared interest in behaviour prediction using data mining and signal processing applications. This is a great opportunity to learn about the interesting projects currently running in the university, and to develop new collaborations.

Our programme includes speakers from Psych, IT and Eng. In addition, we are fortunate to have as our key speaker Professor Jeffrey Rosenfeld, Director of Monash Institute of Medical Engineering (MIME). MIME is a new joint initiative between the Faculties of Medicine, IT and Engineering. Professor Rosenfeld will provide an overview of MIME.

Date and Time: Monday 10 November from 12 noon to 4.00pm
