The workshop will provide an opportunity for researchers to hear from AusIndustry experts, who will present case studies and provide advice that will help researchers to better understand the pathways to commercialisation.
A networking function will also be held on the preceding evening. The function features a keynote address by Professor John Shine AO and presents an opportunity for enterprising researchers to connect with those with experience and interest in commercialising health and medical research.
NHMRC intends for the workshop to expand the networks of enterprising researchers, critical to future prospects of commercial success. Details of this year’s workshop and networking function can be found here.
Places are limited so interested researchers are asked to register by e-mail to email@example.com.
Those interested in also attending the annual NHMRC Research Translation Symposium are able to register online via the website above.
If you would like to attend the networking function, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org by18 September 2014. Attendance will be confirmed in early October.
