With these strategies, you will be able to empower patients/clients in managing their own health and wellbeing.
Communication typically consists of too much telling and not enough asking, which prevents people from taking responsibility for their own lives.
By attending this workshop you will recognise habitual patterns of response in your conversations, understand the impact of asking vs telling and learn to consciously question using a simple to learn, yet highly effective questioning model.
Using the Ask Better Questions communication technique with your patients/clients will lead to them being more engaged, motivated for self-care and less dependent upon services that are already struggling to cope.
