Employment Opportunity: Casual Research Assistant with ADAMEV project

The ADAMEV (Asthma and Diabetes in Australia and Malaysia in Ethnically Varied populations) project is an exciting new project being conducted by an interdisciplinary team at Monash University.

It is an international mixed methods study examining the perceptions and experiences of culturally and linguistically diverse people with chronic disease and the health professionals who provide care for such patients. This stage of the study focusses on Chinese and Anglo Australian patients with asthma and their health professionals.

We are seeking a casual research assistant to start immediately for a period of 6 months to undertake recruitment, data collection (in depth interviewing of participants and administration of questionnaires) and data analysis as well as managing the administrative tasks associated with the study. This will involve work at the Alfred and Box Hill hospitals and in some instances data collection at participants’ homes for approximately 6 months.

Please see the Position Description for a complete list of position requirements.

Your application must address the selection criteria. Please refer to "How to apply for Monash Jobs"
