Participants sought for study about restless legs syndrome

Monash University Physiotherapy Department is seeking volunteers for research into a new form of exercise therapy for Restless Legs Syndrome. This new exercise therapy is called TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises)

Participants will receive free treatment and learn a home exercise routine that can also be used in bed at night when restless leg symptoms occur.

Participation will involve attending a weekly exercise group run by a Physiotherapist at Monash University’s Frankston campus starting in February 2015 for 12 weeks.

If you (or someone you know) have been diagnosed with Restless Legs Syndrome or experience uncomfortable or unpleasant urges to move your legs that worsen at night or during periods of rest & inactivity but are reduced by movement, please contact our research team on Phone: 9904 4817 or email: eghar3@student.monash.edu
