The Victorian Government is offering up to six fellowships in 2014/15 - each worth up to AUD300,000 over three years - to fund a Victorian company, research institute or university to employ a postdoctoral research fellow.
Eligible early career researchers will be completing or will have recently completed a PhD in:
• physical sciences
• life sciences (apart from human health and medicine)
• mathematical sciences
• engineering, and
• information and communications technology.
Fellows will spend two years as a guest researcher at an overseas university or research institute gaining international experience and building international networks. Fellows then return to Victoria to work with their Victorian employer for the third year of the fellowship.
