Invitation to Joint FBPS-MAXIMA Event at MNHS Research Week

In partnership with MAXIMA -the Monash Academy for Cross & Interdisciplinary Mathematical Applications – the Faculty of Biomedical and Psychological Sciences (FBPS) will be holding a joint session titled – Computational approaches in biomedical research. The aim of this mini-symposia is to showcase examples of how mathematical and computational approaches are being applied to biomedical research questions.

We particularly encourage Early Career Researchers and HDR students to attend and consider how you could apply these methodologies in your work. There will be drinks and nibbles afterwards when MAXIMA- and other like-minded researchers will be available to discuss any research questions you may have in this inter-disciplinary space.

It will be held this coming Friday the 22nd August 2014 between 2-4 pm in the Ground floor foyer exhibition space, Building 77, Clayton Campus.
