Applications for Outside Studies
Programmes commencing January 2015 (Semester One) are to be received no later
than COB Friday 12th September 2014.
Applicants are
required to complete the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences OSP
Application form, in addition to providing their past two years completed PDO
Reports for consideration.
Completed applications
are to be forwarded (electronically) to kristen.meier@monash.edu.
