The Australian Disease Management Association 2014 National Conference provides a forum to network with speakers and other delegates and share your knowledge with colleagues. It draws together a range of healthcare staff, service providers, researchers, administrators and state and federal policy makers.
As with previous years, the conference program will include several International and Australian keynote speakers, pre-conference workshops, poster and paper sessions, as well as awards such as the Best Oral Paper Presentation and Best Poster Presentation.
