The glycaemic & satiety effects of different breakfasts in Asian populations - Volunteers Wanted

Healthy Asians 18-65 years
We are conducting a study to see how modified low GI Asian breakfasts compare with a Western breakfast on blood glucose [glycaemic response (GR)], lipid profile and satiety.
It will involve consuming breakfast meals and having finger prick blood samples taken.
You will be required to attend the Monash University Department of Nutrition and Dietetics on 2 separate mornings.

For further information please contact
Popsy HT Chan (03) 9902 4277 or htcha20@student.monash.edu  and see attached for details.
